They discussed about the historic relations between India and Iran and explored the opportunities to strengthen the relationship further with many opportunities available for cooperation of the investors and industrialists of both the countries.

The chief minister also invited Iranian investors and industrialists to attend the Global Investors Meet organized by the Government of Tamil Nadu in January 2019.

The hon. Consul General inturn invited the chief minister to visit the beautiful country of Iran.
